Moringa Smoothie

What you need:

  • 3 bananas
  • 50 g pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons 1001 Organic Moringa powder
  • Juice of a half lemon
  • 1/4 apple
  • 1/2 cm ginger

 

Instructions:

cut bananas and pineapple into pieces the day before and freeze overnight. Blend the frozen fruits with almond milk and coconut oil in a blender until smooth. Add Moringa powder, lemon juice, apple, and ginger to the mixture and blend again until everything is well combined.
