Arrabbiata Pizza-rolls

To kick off the European Championships, we have a recipe for you that is perfect for a evening with friends: Arrabbiata pizza rolls! The 1001 Organic Arrabbiata Pasta Mix gives the pizza rolls a pleasant spiciness, which is wonderfully complemented by the mozzarella. Whether on the terrace, in the garden or in the comfort of your living room - these pizza rolls turn every soccer evening into a culinary highlight and create the perfect atmosphere. Ideal for your European Championship party or simply as a delicious snack with friends!

What you need:

For the dough
500 g flour
2 tbsp dried herbs
1 cube of yeast
1 tsp sugar
250 ml water (warm)
1 tbsp salt
For the topping
200 g tomatoes (strained)
Salt and pepper
1001 Organic Arrabbiata Pasta Mix
100 g cooked ham
100 g sweetcorn
1 bell pepper (yellow)
100 g mozzarella (grated)

Place the flour and herbs in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Crumble in the yeast, add the sugar and mix with 3 tbsp warm water, leave to rise for 10 minutes. Then add the remaining water and salt. Cover and leave to rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Spread a thin layer of tomato puree on top and season with salt, pepper and Arrabbiata pasta mix. Wash the peppers and cut into small cubes. Drain the sweetcorn. Cut the ham into strips. Spread everything evenly over the pastry and sprinkle the mozzarella on top.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan. Roll up the dough tightly from the long side and cut into pieces about 2 cm wide. Place the pizza slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to rest briefly. Bake the slices for approx. 20 minutes.

Tip: Serve the pizza rolls with a fresh salad or various dips such as garlic yogurt dip or spicy tomato salsa. Perfect for any EM party!
